This includes a veterinary exam, health certificate, and carrier. There are no shipping charges if buyer picks up the kitten from Double Grr cattery. Purchaser agrees to the following: 1. Under no circumstances will this cat or kitten be sold, leased, or given away to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility. If at any time the purchaser is unable to keep the kitten or cat it will be returned to Double Grr at seller's expense. 2. This kitten / cat will be kept indoors and never allowed to roam outside. 3. This kitten / cat is purchased as a pet and will be neutered / spayed prior to leaving Double Grr cattery. 4. Seller agrees to provide TICA registration papers for this kitten / cat once it has been paid for. 5. If this kitten / cat is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said animal to Double Grr cattery, unconditionally. 6. This kitten / cat is not to be declawed unless necessary for medical reasons. 7. This kitten / cat cannot be shown without written permission from Double Grr. 8. No cash refunds (exceptions noted below). Health Guarantee: Any cat or kitten sold by Double Grr cattery is guaranteed to be of sound health. For the guarantee to be valid, the purchaser must take the animal to their veterinarian within 48 hours of possession, for a general health exam to verify sound health. This is the purchaser's responsibility. If the animal does not pass the health exam, the kitten must be returned to Double Grr immediately (at seller's expense) for a full refund. Absolutely no treatment costs will be refunded without prior authorization from the seller. Purchaser must be sure to keep the animal from contact with any other cat or kitten that has not been tested and found negative for FeLV, FIV and FIP. If this is not done the kitten cannot be returned to Double Grr cattery. This kitten has been vaccinated with killed vaccine. Under no circumstances should the kitten be vaccinated with a live virus. All guarantees will be null and void if the kitten is vaccinated with a live virus or the FIP vaccine. Felv vaccination is left to the discretion of the kitten / cat's family and veterinarian. Seller guarantees temperament of the cat / kitten to be suitable for the new family. If the new family is not satisfied with the kitten / cat's temperament within 30 days the animal may be returned for a refund. Shipping The purchaser pays all shipping costs. The seller of the kitten /cat is no longer responsible for the kitten / cat once it has been place with an airline company. It is the purchaser's responsibility to make certain that the kitten / cat's flight is arriving on time and at its proper destination. The cost of the flight, health certificate, and kennel is to be sent /purchased by the seller in advance of the flight. I have read and understand this purchase agreement.
